The 2002–2003 Orange High School boys basketball season begins under the direction of head coach Esak Crawley on Tuesday, December 17 at Livingston.
The Tornadoes hope to work off their 15-10 series last year. The future of Orange is presented to Ky’Sir Green, Gregory Burton and 6’4 Jalen Green. They are seniors. Ky’Sir and Jalen are not thigh related.
Burton, especially, was named to the First Team All-Super Essex Conference–Colonial Division last season, a second time in as many years as far as the division’s coaches are concerned. He stood among the best 10 students in the state according to steals per game. Ky’Sir Green moved to the klesman.com database’s Honourable Mention and was only one vote away from being considered for the Second Team.
